Capabilities
Our
capabilities include the repair, manufacture and design of
advanced composite and metallic structures for fixed wing and
rotary aircraft.
Repair
 CHT
is a Transport Canada approved facility for the repair
and overhaul of structural composite and metal
components that have sustained extensive and complex
damage, very often damage requiring repair schemes
beyond what is covered in the aircraft manufacturer's
Structural Repair Manual.

Manufacture
 CHT
is a Transport Canada approved manufacturer of
structural composite and metal components and
assemblies for various fixed wing and rotary aircraft.
An example of one of our Transport Canada PDA approved
parts are the foward butt plates for the lower engine
cowl of the Dash 8 as shown in the picture to the
left.

Design
 CHT's
engineering department can work with you to:
1. design repairs schemes for your damaged and
degraded aircraft parts beyond what is outlined in the
SRM
2. design modifications to existing components to
otherwise improve the design and increase the
longevity of the part
3. design completely new composite and metallic
components and assemblies.
